A national award-winner, formerly ranked in the top two percent in sales nationwide, top gun Robin Mitchell Hee, brings local insight and a broad range of skills to home buyers, sellers and investors in San Luis Obispo County.
Mitchell Hee has a long history of success in both marketing and real estate. Robin comes from a three generation family of real estate experts and has maintained her real estate license since 2001. Her real estate career began in San Diego County where she achieved an astonishing $52 million in sales between 2004 and 2007. Upon her family’s relocation to San Luis Obispo County, Robin developed an outstanding marketing career, including measurable results for AMF Media (formerly Barnett Cox) where she won an American Advertising Award (ADDY Award) and a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Award. The PRSA Award was earned for her work in helping Avila Ranch, a 720 home brand new construction subdivision earn approval from The City of San Luis Obispo Architectural Committee, Planning Commission and The San Luis Obispo City Council. This work will make a dramatic positive impact on the housing shortage in San Luis Obispo.
Now a San Luis Obispo resident for many years, Mitchell Hee’s love of real estate drew her back to her true passion. Robin was raised in real estate with both of her parents owning a successful real estate company in La Jolla and her grandmother having a successful real estate career in Los Angeles. Robin now combines her award-winning marketing skills with her well-established real estate skills to bring an unparalleled level of service to buyers and sellers alike in San Luis Obispo county and surrounding Central Coast regions with Keller Williams Realty.
Robin is a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients’ interests. She’s exceptionally talented at negotiations and with her corporate and marketing agency background brings cutting-edge marketing strategies to her clients.
Outside of her work in real estate, Mitchell Hee is actively involved in the community and currently serves as president of the board of Stand Strong (formerly known as The Women’s Shelter Program of SLO). She also served as the marketing chairperson for Softec, a software and technology association.
Mitchell Hee is a graduate of University of California, San Diego (Revelle) and lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband and four children. Robin’s husband, Derrek Hee, is an avid team roper and competes on the PRCA. Robin specializes in residential, horse properties, vineyards, luxury estates, and investment properties.
